Alt-Country-Electronic-Americana-Comedy Music? OK, here I go again, eclectic as usual. I guess you could say that this was my COVID project. While under lockdown with the rest of the planet, and hobbled with issues with my right hand, I worked on some songs I had lying around, and wrote some new stuff that was in a similar vein. I used a bunch of tools that I had accumulated, various plugins, synths, vocaloids and the like. There was some remote recording (thanks especially to Michael Graziano and Joe DeAndreis for their sax work, Menno Marringa for upright bass and Tim Vaughan for his usual sterling work on drums). Tim and his brother Peter helped me out immeasurably on the lyrics to "Trucker's Lament." Below are some excerpts from a few tunes.
